Meet Your Baker

I am Nicole aka the Square Lady. I'm the Owner and Pastry Chef of Baird Avenue Bakery. Baird Avenue is the street my Grandma lived on in Los Angeles, CA. This was the hub for my family and where my love for baking began! As an only child, I started baking with my Grandma at a young age.

Years later, I started baking again as a hobby and to relieve stress. My coworkers loved my Squares! After getting such positive reviews, I decided to start my own business! We are from Los Angeles, CA but have moved permanently to Surprise, AZ.

I'm a graduate of the Arizona Culinary Institute. I completed the Avocational Course in Baking and Pastry.
